1. we provide you the drop shipping service. You no longer have to hold stock. (free shipping country: USA, UK, Canada, Spain, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Norway, Belgium, Switzerland, and so on,)if your items send to these country ,we will need $30 extra shipping fee(country list: Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Iran, Iraq) , when we confirm your payment through our account, normally ,we will ship the products to you in 2 days.
2.You will usually receive your items in 5 to 7 business days from the time you place your order and make full payment,, providing of course we received your payment.
3. Please keep in mind that due to cargo rotation, it may take up to 2days before the online tracking module shows your tracking number. A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when your order is shipped. You may use your tracking number to view the status of your order.

Return policy:
When receiving and signing for the package, you must inspect the package carefully to make sure whether it is perfect or not; you should send letter to us instead of signing for if it has any breakage; we will help you to process! But if after receiving and signing for said again the product has any question, we are generally irresponsible!There are two things you have to attention:
1. If you find the parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exhcange or fully refund your money according to your request.
2.If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support's advice.
3.If you are not satisfied with the item you order, you can ship back, we will refund the value of shoes to your next orders. The return-shipping fee is at your own expense.
